BTECH is Egypt's #1 omnichannel retailer and customer-financing provider for consumer electronics and home appliances, is seeking Merchant Partner to join our team. As Merchant Partner, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of merchants on Deel Platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of merchants on Deel Platform and ensure their success by monitoring their performance and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential merchants, representing B.TECH in a professional and positive manner.
- Lead negotiations with merchants, ensure contractual compliance, and work with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to keep up-to-date on market trends and identify potential merchant opportunities.
- Provide insights to internal B.TECH teams on market trends, merchant needs and competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in sales, specifically in merchant acquisition or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify growth opportunities with merchants.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively within teams and cross-departmentally.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, in addition to strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
