SDA Category Buyer

BTECH is Egypt's #1 omnichannel retailer and customer-financing provider for consumer electronics and home appliances, is seeking SDA Buyer to join our team. As SDA Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the SDA category and ensuring that the product range meets the needs of the target customers. You will work closely with suppliers, the category management team, and inventory team to optimize sales and inventory performance.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new SDA products and trends
• Negotiate and secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers
• Manage inventory levels for the SDA category
• Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in purchasing or merchandising for a SDA category
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
