Mobile and Tablets Category Manager

BTECH is Egypt's #1 omnichannel retailer and customer-financing provider for consumer electronics and home appliances, is seeking Mobile amp; Tablets Category Manager to join our team. As Mobile amp; Tablets Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Mobile category and ensuring that the product range meets the needs of the target customers.

• Develop a category strategy that aligns with BTECH's overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Conduct market and competition research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the category.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure adequate product assortment, pricing, and availability.
• Collaborate with BTECH's marketing, to develop and execute campaigns and promotions that drive traffic, conversion, and customer loyalty.
• Analyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement, optimize product mix, and enhance customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product lifecycle, and pricing strategy to maximize profitability and minimize stock-outs and overstocks.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, policies, and regulations in all aspects of the category operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mobile and tablet category management in e-commerce environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Passion for consumer electronics and technology innovation.
