Our Client is a leading cosmetics company that is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition for our product lines. You will work closely with the rest of the marketing team to create a cohesive and effective marketing plan that will increase our brand awareness and customer base. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition through an integrated marketing approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition through an integrated marketing product lines.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create a cohesive and effective marketing plan.
- Monitor and analyze customer acquisition metrics to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to drive successful marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to share marketing results with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
