Calibers-Hub is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand our Recruitment and HR Services.

• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Supporting the development and implementation of business development strategies.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Providing timely and accurate reporting on business development activities.
• Identifying and attending relevant industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 - 4 experience as a Business Development Specialist.
• Experience in Recruitment, Training or HR Services industry is a Must.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and compelling proposals and pitches.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team environment.
