Integrant, Inc., a custom software development company with over 25 years of experience, is currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for championing the company's brand, elevating its market position, and increasing the effectiveness of the company's marketing strategies. As a member of the Integrant team, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure communication with clients, project direction, and execution are consistent with the company's mission. • Lead the creation and management of all marketing materials, including development of content and campaign strategy.
• Develop and execute plans to increase brand awareness and market position through targeted campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing tactics.
• Work with the sales team to generate leads, create and deliver sales presentations, and provide marketing support to facilitate closed deals.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure communication is seamless across all channels.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices to create effective and efficient marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing automation software and lead generation strategies.
• Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented and hands-on.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for technology and the ability to learn about complex software products.
