for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.
Job Summary:Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, your role is to lead SRE efforts in designing and delivering innovative and scalable developer and user experiences, help instill DevOps culture, and take end-to-end ownership of cloud infrastructure, security, reliability, and cost. We are committed to building software that is not only functional and reliable, but also beautiful and intuitive. Our engineers and designers work together to create products that are a joy to use and that solve real-world problems in innovative ways. We believe in the Agile and XP methodologies in our DevOps culture, and we prioritize collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement in everything we do. Responsibilities:
- Bring about cultural shifts to provide a foundation for process changes and improve operational processes and team practices.
- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
- Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
- Continuously improve DORA metrics for systems across teams.
- Continuously invest in improving our business reliability metrics.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, Infrastructure, platform, or SRE.
- 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership, site reliability engineering, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, and RESTful Services).
