Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- Design direct email marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing manager and content team.
- Develop thorough understanding of company and department goals and strategy in addition to Integrant’s services, industries, customers, and target audience.
- Audit email campaign strategy, tools, and processes, etc such as automation tool selection, advise on segmentation methodology, etc.
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance and applying that to marketing efforts for optimal impact.
- Advise on effective subject lines, copy, CTAs, etc to improve/maximize open rates.
- Assess and, if necessary, improve sender score and domain authority.
- Identify appropriate KPIs and set measurable goals to demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Devise and advise on methods to track, report, analyze, understand, and improve email marketing performance.
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage email marketing strategy such as the content and creative teams.
- Compile, present, and document email marketing guidelines tailored to Integrant (processes, A/B tests, etc) then knowledge transfer to the team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics experience OR 3-5 years of experience in successfully developing and executing the above
- B2B experience required.
- Tech experience required.
- Marketing for companies selling services experience is required.
- Software engineering industry experience highly preferred
- Must have experience with director+ level target audience with US based customers
- Up-to-date knowledge on email campaign and automation best practices
- Familiarity with content management systems and automation tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc
- Ability to offer and defend solutions based on experience and best practices
- High attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize effectively, manage shifting priorities, and work independently and within the team
- Excellent listening and communication (verbal and written) and fluent in English
- Demonstrate critical thinking and sound decision making
- Committed to the success of the team
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships, work well under pressure, and filter and organize a large volume of important information
