• Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Tracking digital marketing performance
• Creating and updating digital marketing reports
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Responsible for the creation of digital content
• Develop campaign content and ensure effective marketing mix.

Requirements

• B.S. in Marketing, Business or equivalent education in related fields.
  
• 2 - 4 years of Proven Experience as a Marketing Specialist.
• Proven experience in Developing Marketing Strategy.
• Excellent Experience in Marketing Ads Campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Solid Experience in Media Buying.
• Solid Experience in Content Writing.
• Professional in using Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and Tiktok.
• Passion for working with social networking and social analytics tools. (Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insight)
• Knowledge of online marketing and an excellent understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
• Very good in English writing amp; speaking.
• Great attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• An analytical mind.
