Project Manager/ Engineer (Machine Learning AI)

• Develop machine learning models using complex data and advanced data science and machine learning methods.
• Organize and curate related data assets and trained machine learning models.
• Meticulously develop and document source code.
• Prepare manuscripts for publication.
• Assist with presentation of results.
• Develop machine learning-based decision support tools for real-world deployment.
• Engage with other researchers, stakeholders, and end-users to understand and incorporate their needs into the decision support tools.
• Establish and maintain effective, productive relationships with the rest of the project team, colleagues in DIH, immediate supervisor, senior management, and the campus community at large.
• Manage own time effectively and ensure immediate reports to manager is kept informed of activities and progress of work.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Exercise judgment within established guidelines.
• Understand safety codes, standards, and systems related to specialization.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• 2-4 Years of experience as Machin Learning amp; AI Engineer / Project Manager.
• 2-4 Years of experience with Back End Development.
• At least 3 years of machine learning or data science experience.
• Experience with real-world deployment of machine learning-based technology
• Advanced Python proficiency in conducting data science and machine learning using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, NumPy, pandas, etc.
• Extensive experience with high-performance computing including using GPUs for deep learning. Advanced proficiency in GitHub.
• Advanced proficiency in database technologies such as SQL and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in data/information visualization.
• Experience in software decision support tool development.
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
