What You'll Learn and Do
- Performing administrative tasks and supporting daily activities.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms... etc.
- Screening resumes, scheduling interviews -if needed-.
- Will be a source of truth for employees regarding the employees' benefits, Foodics policies, procedures, and SLAs.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Assist in preparing payroll and HR-related reports.
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days and come up with ideas to keep the employees engaged.
