Social Media Marketing Specialist

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Write compelling and creative copy for posts, captions, and advertisements that align with our brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and trends to optimize future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all channels.
• Keep abreast of industry news, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including their respective algorithms, analytics, and advertising features.
• Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media management tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for staying ahead of social media trends, industry updates, and emerging technologies.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic verbally and writing
