About the Role

Hi there! We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who will be in charge of designing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns to drive the Acquisition of new customers, engagement, loyalty and expansion. Experienced in using marketing automation tools including maintaining data integrity, segmentation, integration and marketing automation.

Main Task amp; Responsibilities
  • Manage and utilize marketing automation tools- Hubspot.
  • Work closely with the CRM team.
  • Maintain a high level of data integrity by setting up workflows and automations to update and tag records.
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, like: email , SMS, etc.
  • Execution of email campaigns including building emails, testing, tracking, segmentation, exclusions and reporting.
  • Ensure constant improvements of direct channels, including but not limited to email, SMS whatsapp and etc. performance through measures of deliverability, bounce rates, open rates, click rates and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as: the design and content team to ensure the final campaign is set up for conversion.
  • Responsible for quality assurance across campaigns.
  • Simultaneously work across multiple campaigns in various regions.
  • Contribute to the development of nurture campaigns across the lead lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot issues across systems.
  • Come up with new ideas to improve and enhance current campaigns, automations and processes.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science or any other field.
  • Strong problem solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Must have from 1-3 years of experience working in a marketing role with a data based capacity.
  • Experience with any marketing automation tool such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and many others.
  • Combination of string creative and analytical thinking.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of customer journeys and lead lifecycle.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
