We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our sports fan engagement platform. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our platform's user experience and visual design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, goals, and pain points of our target audience.
- Analyze user feedback, behavior, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform design decisions.
UX/UI Design:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate and communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and overall product vision.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
User Testing and Iteration:
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
Collaborative Teamwork:
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and obtain buy-in for proposed solutions.
Design System and Documentation:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform.
Document design guidelines, patterns, and standards for reference and future use.
- User Research and Analysis: Proficiency in conducting user research, gathering and analyzing user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Skill in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts and user flows.
- Visual Design: Ability to create visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with brand guidelines and user experience goals.
- Interaction Design: Competence in designing intuitive and seamless interactions between users and digital products, considering usability and accessibility.
- Information Architecture: Knowledge of organizing and structuring information in a logical and user-friendly manner within the product interface.
- Usability Testing and Validation: Experience in conducting usability tests, collecting user feedback, and iterating on designs based on user insights.
- Design Systems and Guidelines: Understanding of design systems and the ability to create and maintain design guidelines for consistency across products and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skill in collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design efforts with product goals and requirements.
- Industry Trends and Tools: Keeping up with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and tools to enhance design skills and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience:
- Professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing mobile applications.
Design Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.
User-Centric Mindset:
- Strong user empathy and ability to advocate for the user throughout the design process.
- Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and usability best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present and articulate design solutions to stakeholders.
