Tagaddod, a tech platform in the renewable and environment industry that aims to empower individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste collection, is seeking a Talent Management Intern to join their team. You will be an integral part of the team, assisting in all the talent management initiatives and strategies.

• Assist in all talent management activities
• Work with the HR team to manage the employee performance management system, including tracking progress and providing feedback to employees.
• Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Assist with the development and delivery of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• In pursuit of a Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion about sustainability and renewable energy.
• Passionate about Human Resources.
