Talent Acquisition Intern

Tagaddod is a tech platform that empowers individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste collection, as part of our mission to leverage data, technology, and logistics and support worldwide energy security and waste elimination. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our fast-paced team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities and identifying top talent for our organization.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews
• Help identify potential candidates for open positions
• Collaborate with HR team members to develop effective job postings and job descriptions
• Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidates through the recruitment process

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• People oriented person
