Customer Experience Intern

As a Customer Experience Intern at Tagaddod, you will be an integral part of our mission to empower individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste collection, by providing a seamless customer experience.

• Assist in reporting and analyzing customer experience in all touch points
• Assist in auditing on telesales amp; call center calls
• Monitor and validate efficiency of created orders by sales
• Conduct ongoing training with new findings to Telesales and Call Center
• Send on the spot feedback whenever needed to concerned departments
• Analyze data on our system and follow up on actions needed.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or undergoing a Bachelors' degree
• Excellent English language
• Very good communication skills
• High attention to details
