As a Customer Experience Intern at Tagaddod, you will be an integral part of our mission to empower individuals and communities to build sustainable impact and income through waste collection, by providing a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reporting and analyzing customer experience in all touch points
- Assist in auditing on telesales amp; call center calls
- Monitor and validate efficiency of created orders by sales
- Conduct ongoing training with new findings to Telesales and Call Center
- Send on the spot feedback whenever needed to concerned departments
- Analyze data on our system and follow up on actions needed.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or undergoing a Bachelors' degree
- Excellent English language
- Very good communication skills
- High attention to details
