Tagaddod is seeking a Telesales Intern to join our team!

As a Telesales Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who strive to make a positive impact on the environment. Your primary responsibilities will be making cold calls, and following up with potential customers. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our platform, which leverages data, technology, and logistics to support worldwide energy security and waste elimination.

• Assist in cold calling potential clients and generating leads
• Identifying client needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Explaining Tagaddod's waste management services and their benefits to potential clients
• Assist in maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new products/services
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in the company database

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
