Job Description

Lean is growing rapidly and seeking a Sales Manager to join the sales team in our Riyadh office and play a key role in further growing the business in the Kingdom. The candidate will be responsible for selling Lean’s products to Enterprise companies.
About the Job
Lean is looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in capturing the KSA market. The right candidate has the ability to build strong relationships, develop a deep understanding of client pain points and priorities, negotiate commercials and close deals.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for executing Lean's sales strategy for the KSA market and consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Open Banking in KSA is still in the early days and the key focus for Lean in 2023 is to maximize market share in KSA as banks have their APIs ready for public use.

Lean envisions a fully inclusive financial ecosystem that serves everyone, no matter where they bank or live in the MENAP region.Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for generating new revenue growth in the KSA by selling existing and future Lean products.
  • Develop and build relationships with senior leaders of large enterprise companies.
  • Be the voice of the client in internal product discussions, and influence future product features and developments.
  • Use your curiosity to uncover new and valuable use cases for Lean products.
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
  • Measure and report on success metrics to define sales best practices.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B tech sales role
  • Enterprise sales experience is a must
  • Have outstanding relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement of targets and revenue goals
  • Passionate about technology and fintech
  • A structured sales approach and experience using a CRM tool
  • Proven sales methodology and the ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Familiarity with the MENA fintech market and a relevant network of warm contacts in the kingdom

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a fintech startup
  • In-depth understanding of Open-Banking
