  • Plan, Develop and direct efforts to grow the business.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of an action plan to penetrate the market, by area, and nationality to better target sales amp; promotions.
  • Identify and approach potential new clients for Right Bite personalized packages (meal plans and on-demand), convert inquiries from potential clients to sales.
  • Approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling and direct mail campaigns.
  • Attend marketing activities (shows and events) to ensure and drive sales amp; assist in the preparation
  • Create Sales Kits and presentations in various business settings to highlight products USPs.
  • Create Wellness day's opportunities to drive sales
  • Work closely with dieticians, client relationship managers to best attain goals.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange business meetings, present the product or service in a structured, professional way face to face and maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with current clients by providing support, information, and regular follow-up.
  • Track consumer and market insight by analyzing sales volume, make share, profit projections pricing, and distribution
  • Develop the brand positioning in the market. Improve product sales and market share
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are properly followed.
  • Contribute to the planning and creation of quarterly Sales amp; Promotions. Increase subscription number. revenue growth and retention rate across brands
  • Control budget and expenses within the business unit.
What Are We Looking For
  • 2-4 years direct sales experience, catering/meal plan sales preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition or Communications
  • Very strong interpersonal amp; communication skills.
  • Energetic, engaging, and positive personality
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
  • You must have a passion for Food amp; Beverage and monitoring market trends
