About the job

• Manage Paid Social strategy and execution for Convertedin across platforms (FB/IG, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Influencer Amplification) as a function of digital strategy.
• Lead SEM strategy and execution across Google Ads platforms
• Plan, execute, and optimized campaigns against full funnel objectives from driving brand lift, consideration, conversion, and omnichannel ROAS targets
• Partner with internal marketing, brand, and creative teams to launch tactical campaigns using a data-led approach to inform campaign planning
• Provide proactive and strategic campaign and optimization recommendations on a regular basis
• Work cross-functionally to translate campaign briefs into consumer-led campaigns, partnering with creative and marketing to deliver creative that breaks through and is built native to each social platform

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in marketing, eCommerce, SaaS, or digital media/mobile/app
• Preferred experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social platforms (FB/IG, Snap, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest) with a track record of growth
• 5+ years of experience hands-on in SEM platforms
• Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems, particularly HubSpot.
