Systems Engineer

• Shadow and partially participate the deployment phase and assist as required
• Shadow the configuration amp; migration process and assist as required
• Participate and assist in drafting relevant supporting project documentations like (Workflows help manuals, assisting screenshot, )
• Act as first line support and respond effectively and speedily to any problems related to technical support on their active projects.
• Monitor and operate customer environment.
• Fulfill relevant customized requests as per the project requirements.

Requirements

• 0 6 months of experience in relevant position
  
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Office 365
• Azure, Exchange, SCOM or SCCM is a plus
