Responsibilities include identifying and developing shipper/importer accounts, managing sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating rates, coordinating with operations and finance, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at events. Must have sea freight, import/export documentation, INCOTERMS knowledge, commercial negotiation and quotation skills, strong English (Arabic preferred), and willingness to travel. Salary range: 15,000–25,000 EGP.
